Welcome to Jacmate, your personalized AI-powered learning assistant designed to help university students align their academic journey with their actual course syllabi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jacmate mobile application and related services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using Jacmate, you confirm that you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 13 years old to use Jacmate. If you're under 18, use must be with parental or guardian consent.
  3. What Jacmate Offers

  4. Account Requirements
    You must provide structured onboarding information:

    You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  5. Appropriate Use
    You agree not to:

    • Disrupt the app or interfere with other users' experiences

    All content, design, AI-generated materials, and platform branding belong to SoundChain Technology, unless otherwise indicated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
